Overview
The Setting Tool Series RE is designed for the reliable and efficient installation of Koenig Restrictors.
Made from heat treated tool steel at a hardness of HRC 50, they can be used to repeatedly install Koenig Fluid and gas restrictors.
We recommend using the Series RE setting tool with an Express 3000 or Express 5000 table press. Express setting equipment is easily integrated into existing production lines.
Alternatively, small quantities or single parts can be installed with a hammer and a setting tool. Installation can also be done with an arbor press. Stroke travel should be limited when using a press due to difficulty controlling insertion forces.
