We recommend using this tool with the Express 3000 Hydropneumatic Table Press for precise installation of Koenig Check Valves is mass production environments. The Express 3000 is easily integrated into existing production lines to minimise downtime. Koenig products lend themselves to automation due to simplistic, fuss-free installation.
Alternatively, small quantities or single parts can be installed with a hammer and a setting tool. Installation can also be done with an arbor press. Stroke travel should be limited when using a press due to difficulty controlling insertion forces.
