Express 3000 and 5000 tables presses are a setting tool for push type Koenig Expanders, Check Valves, and Restrictors.
The Koenig Express has programmable working stroke, force and distance control. Used in mass production lines, the Express table press expander setting tool installs plugs efficiently, with repeatable performance and data.
Working stroke can be configured for each expander you’re setting to guarantee process stability and quality. The machine can be force and distance controlled using an RS232 or USB interface that traces corresponding data for later processing.
