Overview
The ExTool 040-1 is an ergonomic setting tool for Series LK & SK expanders. It has a pull force of 24kN at 7 bar, efficiently installing pull type expanders from ∅7.0 – 10.0 mm.
The Ex-Tool features a ring at the top of the tool to suspend from production lines to prevent operator strain. The vacuum mandrel collector catches used mandrels to ensure there is zero risk of FOD and easy recycling of material.
