Overview
The ExTool 030 is a setting tool for series LK & SK Koenig expanders from ∅4.0 – 6.0mm. A 19kN pull force at 7 bar provides accurate installation that protects the base material.
The Ex-Tool features a retaining ring at the top of the tool to suspend from assembly lines to prevent operator fatigue and hose damage. A vacuum mandrel collection device at the rear, prevents foreign object debris and easy removal and recycling of remnants.
